We ship Australia wide!
Please be aware that all shipping and deliveries are subject to our Shipping Policy as stated.
If you have concerns about a delivery, you are welcome to get in touch prior to ordering – we are always happy to help and want to make sure your order goes smoothly!
Gard & Rock Australia uses reliable couriers to ensure that your order will arrive safely in new condition and we endeavour to ship your order promptly and packaged with care. We can deliver to a house address, PO Box, or parcel collection point.
For shipping to a private home or residence you are able to request an ‘Authority to Leave’ (ATL) and will be able to specify a place where the courier can leave your order if you are not home to accept delivery. Please note – if you have asked us to leave your order unattended at your point of delivery, you accept full liability for any damage to of theft of your order.

Shipping FAQ’s
How long until my order is shipped?
We endeavour to ship your order within one business day of when it was placed.
How will I know when my order will arrive?
We make a point of shipping with couriers that you will be able to track. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched and you will be able to follow the delivery of your order.
What if I’m not home to accept delivery?
You have the option of choosing ‘Authority to Leave’ when placing your order so that you can nominate a place to leave it if you are not home.
Alternatively if you have not chosen ATL the courier will return your order to the local post office or a retail store to await pick up.
What if my order arrives damaged?
No need to worry. Please get in contact with us so that we can organise to have it returned and replaced.
