For Change of Mind
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to organise a return as long as it is unused. Postage for Change of Mind returns is at the buyer’s expense. We will inspect the item/s upon return.
If It Doesn’t Fit
Please contact us to arrange a return to refund or exchange your item. Postage for Incorrect Fit returns is at the buyer’s expense. We will inspect the item/s upon return.
If It Has Arrived Damaged
If you are able, please reject the delivery if the item is visibly damaged. Otherwise please contact us asap and we’ll organise collection of the item/s and a replacement to be sent out.
If We Sent the Wrong Item
Our apologies! Please get in contact with us and we’ll arrange for a return at our cost and to send out the correct item as soon as possible.
If You Have Received a Faulty Item
Please reach out asap and we’ll organise the collection and repair, replacement, or refund of the item.
Please note in regard to returning items:
- Items should be returned in as new condition, including with original packaging
- For Refunds: All items will be inspected on return to make sure that they are in new condition. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect fit if the product has been used.
- Our refund policy is for 30 days of receiving your order. You must notify us within this time if you plan to return your order.
- Our Returns Policy does not overrule any rights you are entitled to under legislation.

To Make a Return please follow these steps:
▸ Email us at sales@gardandrock.com.au
▸ Repack the item/s in their original packaging
▸ Once we have confirmed the return, we will send you a postage label
Alternatively you can take the item to a post office and organise shipping yourself.
